Realtor appreciation post. We recently bought our house with Imran and it was a very pleasant experience. He was very prompt, responsive and patient with answering all our questions and concerns. At no point did he make us feel that we should stick to our modest budget and not look at houses beyond our price range (we were told that by another agent). It was my first time buying a house and you need to look at a couple of houses to figure out what can work for you and what absolutely won’t and how much you can stretch your budget to get something you really like. He advocated for us especially when inspection report highlighted some issues and negotiated with the sellers to adjust the price accordingly. It was a very very smooth experience!
